Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (Based on experience) Contract: Full-time About the Role: The Housing Manager will oversee the supported accommodation elements of Almond Flex Limited, ensuring that housing used for supported living services meets all regulatory, safety, and occupancy standards. You will liaise with landlords, manage tenancy arrangements, and support service users with their housing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supported living housing arrangements
• Ensure property standards meet HMO, health & safety, and fire regulations
• Support service users with tenancy sustainment and housing applications
• Liaise with local councils, housing associations, and landlords
• Conduct housing audits, inspections, and maintenance coordination

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housing management or supported accommodation
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, compliance, and tenancy laws
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with care teams and external agencies
