About the Role:
The Administrative Manager/Secretary will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing documentation, and supporting the executive and care teams with administrative tasks. This role is central to ensuring smooth internal communication and efficient record-keeping across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to management
- Organise meetings, prepare reports, and maintain confidential records
- Coordinate internal communications and manage office schedules
- Assist with client documentation, compliance files, and policy updates
- Liaise with external stakeholders and maintain professional correspondence
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (preferably in care or healthcare)
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data protection, confidentiality, and care documentation standards
