Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 (Based on experience) Contract: Full-time About the Role: As the Deputy Registered Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of care services. You’ll supervise care staff, support service delivery, and contribute to audits, recruitment, and care plan reviews. Key Responsibilities:

• Support in managing daily care delivery and staff scheduling
• Supervise, mentor and support the care team
• Contribute to care assessments, risk management and safeguarding
• Ensure quality assurance and best practice in care delivery
• Step in to lead in the absence of the Registered Manager

Requirements:

• Level 3 Health and Social Care (minimum), working towards Level 5
• Experience in domiciliary or supported living care settings
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and policies
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
