About the Role:
As our HR Manager, you will lead on all aspects of workforce development and staff wellbeing. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance, and training to ensure a stable, motivated, and high-performing team. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture aligned with our values of respect, dignity, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring safe staffing in line with CQC standards
- Maintain HR records, DBS checks, training logs, and staff files
- Manage employee relations, staff well-being, and performance appraisals
- Advise management on employment law and HR policies
- Support strategic workforce planning and development
- CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent HR qualification)
- Experience in a health and social care environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
