You will oversee IT strategy, software management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT systems, networks, and care management software
• Ensure data security, GDPR compliance, and digital safeguarding
• Provide IT support and training to staff
• Maintain hardware, manage system updates and vendor relationships
• Lead digital transformation projects aligned with care and business operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management or systems administration
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and healthcare data compliance
• Knowledge of care software systems (advantageous)
• Relevant IT certifications or degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
